A perfect storm of a huge 16 wheeler delivering merchandise to the franchise, blocking half of the drive thru at (10pm), the... WiFi not working properly, not being able to retrieve my online order, all taking a half hour to resolve the issue. Finally, themanager gave me a tutorial on how to properly place an online order. Having placed many, many online orders in the past, Ifound this to be quite ludicrous, especially since his tutorial didn't go particularly smoothly. Normally the store runssmoothly but not yesterday night. BTW, the manager gave me a small fry for my disatisfaction (he didn't offer it, I suggestedit). Read more
I went to order my kids and I a slushy it was a hot day just wanted a cool drink. I was told the machine was down,then I over... heard one of the employees ask for one and the manager said it's working we just tell the customer that when they order too manyso we don't have to make them. I ordered 4 so that was too many for them to be bothered to make. That's just crazy. Read more

Big and full of light One of the few McDonald's that has dine-in open. Unfortunately, I forgot my vaccination card and had to... make my order for take-out. The restaurant was quite busy in the afternoon, and some families occupied the separated from themain area indoor playground where kids could run and laugh to their heart's content. Recently renovated, this restaurant looksinviting and stylish. The quality of the food and friendliness of the employees is on top as always. I enjoy their deal "Get anysize McCafe beverage with the $3+ order" because McDonald's coffee is so much more to my liking than any other major chain's.Cappuccino is always my go-to drink. Also, the new menu hacks look interesting. I've never had Filet O Fish, and I was not goingto find out how it tastes combined with the beef patties. But Crunchy double is fine (Double Cheeseburger + 6 nuggets). However,I fitted only three on my burger to eat it more or less comfortably. Read more
I ordered the meal number 7 2 cheeseburgers with fries and a pop. Cheeseburgers were good, but the fries tasted like burned oil.... Not even the pigeons wanted to eat them. I'm also posting this in behalf of the pigeon community. Read more
