DriveThru takes an eternity! There's also always some sort of person loitering asking for money. I understand if they do really... need that money but I saw a man with the drippiest outfit on begging for money. He had the latest shoes which were in very goodcondition, he had the cleanest fit, but in order to beg he decided to wrap some old worn down blanket over himself. I would sayit's not a common occurrence, but no matter how many times I go through the drive thru and no matter what time it's at, there'salways someone there. The food was okay, definitely not the best mcdonalds I've ever had but I mean, it's mcdonalds. Tookliterally almost 30 min in the drive thru alone to pay for my food. I prefer the mcdonalds on kedzie with better and fasterservice. Read more

Went to this location for breakfast and when I walked in it was crowded people waiting on their order and it was a long line to... order your food plus the drive thru was long .But the line real quick and I got out in about 5 minutes and the service was greatand my food was perfect I got the Big Breakfast with pancakes got my Mother something.The Employees were friendly during thatrush. I have come to this mcdonald's for about 4 times now, and lately their service has gone downhill the customer service is... horrible plus Everytime i get coffee it looks disgusting and i always say cream only and they always add sugar. So I wanted in line for almost 2 hours, I understand the food industry could get hectic. But it?s very upsetting when you wait... for that line and arrive at the window to get my food! Young lady says now I can?t remember if it was your order with the largefries, okay it happens, but I hear a conversation going while am wait for a large fries. Now I get home to see this!!
