This is terrible mcdonalds. Almost everytime i go their at night they dont have some of the food items. Then i go their tonight... and they told me the dont cook the mcrib sandwiches at night. went in the lobby to grab a meal for me and my kid. The kiosk machines (which I can't stand un the first place, hate the... machines) they were running slow, fairly unresponsible to touch and did not accept payment. Then waited in line again to payfor the food. Food took a long time, and the big mac tasted horrible. For how much this food costs you'd expect some sort ofquality. Read more
Food so cold, mostly the fries and not even fresh taste like it been expired. Missing items and person delivering the food just... doesn't even bother getting straws for the drink even though I put in add straws. This McDonald's never put fresh French fries. Read more
Very upset that they didn't give us bar-b-que sauce for my granddaughter's fries that comes with the happy meal we had to go... back and ask for plus (we paid for an extra order) and nuggets. Stopped by a Saturday evening with my 2 little ones and the customer service was lovely! The atmosphere was clean and quiet. We... had the kid area all to ourselves. The young lady at the register was polite and proper. The shift manager was courteous andattentive, and was polite on correcting an error I had made on my order. The French fries were nice, warm, salty, and crunchy.Nothing like some good McDonald?s fries to conclude your day. Read more
The last two times Ive had problems with this place. The first(pictured) they forgot a bigmac patty, a double cheese burger... from order. I called and they replaced. The last time i went there, i ordered two mcdouble bundles. They charged me for onlysandwiches i had to get back in line to pay for fries. The wait was over 25 minutes and when i was given my order the workerdropped one of my soft drink cups and instead of giving me another one she tossed it out and went to the cashier to take anorder. I had to ask A DIFFERENT worker for a replacement cup. This mcdonalds has gotten too many strikes. Time to avoid it.Never going back, i suggest everyone do same. Read more
We went to McDonald's on Archer and Normandy and ordered 2 fish filet sandwiches and 2 Big Mac's. The service was great, the... employees were very friendly and they managed the long line real well. So thank you for the excellent service. The fishsandwiches were way below standards!! There used to be ONE slice of cheese covering the entire sandwich, however these 2sandwiches were just pathetic. The filet didn't even cover the bun and the slice of cheese was cut in half!! McDonald'scorporate, with all the money you make, you can't even get a $4.09 fish filet sandwich, which probably costs you $0.50, right?Very disappointing!! Read more
I had an interview scheduled at 1:30pm last week. I arrived 10 minutes early and check in with the cashier. I can hear who I... assume was the manager tell the cashier to tell me she?s busy and I?ll have to wait. As I?m sitting in the lobby I observed achild probably around 6-7 years old left alone in the play area. The child was definitely interrupting the other guests diningexperience. After 20-30 minutes an employee comes to get the child and takes the barefooted child back to back. Then finally at2:10pm the same employee came back out to interview me. She asked me my name , phone number, how many hrs I?m available. Shethen informed me she would pass that information on to the hiring manager. I waited in the lobby 40 minutes for a 3 minuteinterview. I have years of experience at McDonald?s. Even though I was there to interview my time should be respected as well. Read more
