I mean, wow. Lol Ordered: Plain McChicken, Plain McDouble, small fry, 6 piece nuggets w/Buffalo sauce, Large Sprite Received:... Double Hamburger(no cheese), McDouble w/everything on it, unsalted small fry, 6 piece nugget w/BBQ sauce, and Large Sprite thattastes like hand sanitizer. Seriously? Food is fresh and hot and for the most part is good. But always make sure you have everything before leaving and never order... from uber eats. They WILL forget somthing. Read more
More often than not, on the rare occasion I go overnight, I’m often given the wrong order or I’m missing items and I let it... go because I’ll notice once I’m on my way or I get home. Tonight 09/29/22 I politely addressed the issue and the manager wasvery rude. She claimed she was super busy and had a lot going on when there was just one car ahead of me. She claimed shedoesn’t want to give away food for free but they’re happy to charge you for thing they didn’t give you. The morning crewsare great tho. Read more
I was traveling thru Midway Airport and stopped at this McDonald's. Generally, I'm not a fan of the prices at all McDonald's.... The fries tasted old. The burger assembled crooked. Why did I give 4 stars? Because the staff was incredibly nice. The placesuper clean. An employee even came to our table and asked if we needed anything. WOW! They had a disabled man whose only job (itseemed) was to clean the dining area. And he sure was on top of things. It is obvious the owner of this location is a cut abovethe rest of others. Read more
2 stars cause this location is only good during the mornings. They are advertising that they are 24 hours but multiple times... I’ve gone there between midnight and 5am they say they are not taking orders. Also the in the evening the dining room is amess and the employees are playing around and the food you receive shows it. Basic McDonalds. Food delivery was super slow 19 minutes between order placed and paid for and ready for me at counter. Whole... new meaning to slow fast food!! Lol Person taking order may as well have been sleeping at the register. Four attempts toplace order! Crazy for real!!!! Read more
Everytime I ask for extra ranch dip they want you to pay but then when you go to pay them they say oh we can't take any form of... payment at this window....so I guess they expect you to get out or get back in line in the drive thru... I'd say poor customerservice,it's just a dipping sauce.... Read more
