While this location has improved in order prep speed, hence the 2 stars, instead of 1, the location still has issues that should... be fixed. Not only did they overcharged the cost of my order, they told me they were not allowed to correct orders or give outrefunds for mistakes. On top of that they did not provide receipts for the order either. Find a different location if you wouldlike an accurate order. Read more
Takes too long always and there?s always homeless asking for money and for you to by them food. Also they sleep everywhere?I... feel it?s unclean to eat in and it?s a must to take it to go since even management doesn?t care to tell to people who ?hang out?to get to steppin. I spent 22.54 at this McDonald's and they got me for my fries. Maje sure if you order at this establishment that you specify... "Out the Grease" or else you'll receive the ones out the discard bin. Never Again........SMH Read more

Worst experience ever, we stayed in Chicago for Labor Day weekend. We stopped to eat lunch and we asked if we can use the... restrooms they told they were out of service. My son walked through the door that connects to building next door trying to finda restroom, the manager came and she yelled at us because they didn?t want us to go through an open door. She was super upsetand disrespectful. We explained the door was open and there weren?t signs and also my son needed to use a restroom. This is thefirst time that I?ve been treated like. I don?t recommend to eat here they are all mad and seems like the restroom is not anecessity here at McDonalds. Read more
Never has ice cream, hasn't in over 1 year. No apples for children ever!!! So if you wanted the healthy option you can't get it.... No pies except for apple. Horrible!!!! Read more
