Good things first. Very friendly staff and the food has always been good. The bad part is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The... trash is over flowing, tables always have food on them, and the floor is usually dirty. Great place to get food to go. Read more
Not been able to go to McDonald's once since moving to downtown..due to the ridiculous amount of homeless standing around this... McDonald's location. I can promise you, most do not practice hand hygiene... I have walked 20mins to this location, turnedaround and walked right back due to feeling unsafe, and unhygienic... Read more
Owners.. if you want to save on food costs, tell your managers , to cut down on the amount of mayo, ketchup you put on... sandwich. My sandwich was drowning in Mayo. So much that the Patty and toppings slid off bun on to messy table after onebite!!!???? So my deluxe quarter pounder cheese was garbage!!! Thank goodness you can count on fries being good. This place didn?t have a/c when I walked inside & it was very Smokey bc the The air vent wasn?t on at all. . The trash was over... loaded of garbage. My food was good is wasn?t wrong. Just what I wanted. But the place I give them a thumbs down Read more
It's McDonald's. When you eat here you won't be surprised with what you get. It isn't the best burger or fast food you can get.... That said, it doesn't disappoint you either because the McDonald's formula is pretty damn close to being repeated at everyMcDonald's. This is the place you go to when you're in a hurry or can't think of another place to get food from. It's good forwhat you pay for but never expect to be blown away by McDonald's in my opinion. One of my first real part time jobsat the age of 19 and there was hardly any AC (either it wasn?t working or our General Manager I was told @ the time calledhimself saving money) working then. This is around the time (while I was working here) the Sausage Egg McMuffin was introducedand the Chicken McNuggets in 1982. 6. Locations was extremely busy and always packed @ the time because of Marshall Field?sDepartment Store and all the foot traffic, Loop College now called Harold Washington College. 2 ?? off because???
