Extremely unprofessional staff. Time is 1:27 pm. The woman without glasses didn't help me with my Uber Eats order. She walked... off on me. Not only that, the make supervisor, older guy, disregarded my customer complaint about said worker. I will neverorder here personally and I hope Uber Eats don't make me come back. We need a zero star option because this location deservesit. I thought the one on 18th and Blue Island was something. Read more
Staff are mixed. Some extremely terse people work here. Efficient location, but a limited menu. Probably helps that they don't... bother with any kind of ice cream, shakes, or frappes, since those machines are always broken anyway, but... They don't havethose. Read more

Nice staff at this location. Food is always fresh too.
If I'm in the mood for McDonald's when I am across the street, I usually go here since not TOO many people know of it so it's... not always extremely packed. They have messed up my order twice in the last couple of months, though. Read more
