Worst every MacDonald, i went in to buy some meals first of all they dont have fries at this place and second most important... thing, that even i after ordering for more then $70 they didnt let us use the washroom they keep the washroom closed and whenasked told its for only employee not customer ???????????? thats rude, should complain to Illinois department. For such a new construction and prime location, this McDonald's did not feel well looked after. Floors were dirty and the staff... were having some trouble keeping up. However, the iced coffee I ordered met expectations. If they could get a few more staffmembers to help, this McDonalds could move from below average to above. Read more
This McDonald's location has been very popular for years, and with good reason. In my experience, the staff and managers over... the years have been thorough and professional with the public and each other. They kept the restaurant running well during theheight of the pandemic, and monitor seating arrangements now that they allow guests to sit down. The food is well-prepared, andthe staff make the effort to keep hot foods hot, and the cold foods cold. Read more

I really like this McDonald's. It is attractive and modern with the exterior and interior design and the self-ordering kiosks... and table service is quick and much appreciated and really elevates the McDonald's experience. The food I've gotten here hasalways been hot and fresh and really flavorful and delicious compared to other McDonald's I have been to. Definitely the bestMcDonald's I have ever been to. Only tip I have is that sometimes there is a wait for the two individual restrooms during busytimes. Read more

This is one of my favorite McDonald locations.Order a BigMac on the... automated screens and on a nice day sit outside on the plaza staircase and enjoy one of the most spectacular fountains inChicago. What can I say? Easy ordering system, friendly employees, nice customers, it's clean and has good food. This is the one... Mcdonald's that I've visited that hasn't dissappointed me in years. They even bring the food to your table. I received my foodmere minutes after putting it through the touchscreen ordering system (which oddly enough takes longer than just ordering at thecounter.) I have been here for 25 minutes waiting for a mobile order, still no sign of it coming out. The entire restaurant has turned... over and I am late for work. The manager lied to me and said the "now serving" screen wasn't working. It clearly is. I rarelywrite negative reviews, but I could have sat down at a diner in this amount of time.
