I always review chains based on what they're supposed to deliver. We already know how McDonald's is as a base, this one in... particular always gets my order right and one of the employees even let us stay inside while they were closing while it wasraining outside once, go here for some funny meals and EXCELLENT attitude from Chicago's finest. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited on one large coke for like 20 mins and almost... missed our train. Told them twice that we?re only waiting on a large coke and they dismissed it. I heard one of the employee saythat she wasn?t going to work any faster which was sort of rude. In the end we left without our drink because we would havemissed our train. This incident happened 11-21-2022 at 4:40PM. Terrible experience, 0/10 would not recommend. Read more
Repeating ones order 4 times and the crew still has to ask me twice more is a headache I no longer need. Which is why I don't... care anymore, if I have to repeat myself going forward because you're wearing an earbud at work I will simply make an order solarge that when I walk away from you because you're too incompetent to pay attention to the job in front of you you have to takethe time to get a management override to cancel all that I ordered. You get what you deserve. If this is how the future looks,I'd rather be sent back in time to where people actually cared about their job. Read more
I ordered ahead in your order. Will be ready a minute as soon as you're near your destination which is in this case McDonald's... so good. Really fast and still was warm by the time I officially got there Read more
Better than McDonald?s many of times and I would say the service is a little inconsistent but overall I always get what I want... in a timely manner. That?s about what I expect from McDonald?s and the food is good and the staff is friendly enough. The storewas recently remodeled and has kiosks which are nice. I think they're open 24/7? We got in around midnight and they were still open. We had a hard timing finding them in the station... though. The place can also be a bit cleaner. Service was fast though. Read more
I take the train to work everyday. Often I want some breakfast. I used the app, had some trouble convincing the app to use the... Union Station location as I was on the train several miles away when I made the order, but eventually it acknowledged I orderedfrom the correct location. I love that doing this my order is already on the board. There was quite a list, so I did have towait. But that let me watch the crew. They were marvelous. Filling orders together, giving them out. Ordering a hot chocolate this morning, I received it already cold from waiting. I also ordered a caesar salad. Cabbage is not... cut and spoiled, it does not smell very good. I am very disappointed. Read more
