After visiting this McDonald?s I have observed that they don?t fulfill any of the McDonald?s proper policies and procedures.... Place is clean and tidy but that?s about it. Ordered breakfast at the kiosk and didn?t receive a receipt, Which means I nevergot a receipt number. So I had no way to know what order called was mine. But it shouldn?t have mattered because I selected theoption for them to bring it to my table. Unfortunately for me I didn?t know at this location they just ignore the ?bring totable? option and just toss your food on the counter no matter what. There was multiple people with table numbers who were justsitting at the table never getting their food. All of us had to go inquire to the cashier about our food. 20 mins went by andstill no food. Seems they forgot about the kiosk orders. Finally got my food and they forgot my coffee. Waited another 15-20minutes for the coffee. Then checked my order in my bag just to realize they gave me the wrong items! By the time all the waitwas over I had the wrong food and cold food and I had to repeat my order to them about 9-10 times! By the time it was all overbreakfast had ended and I still didn?t get the right order. If you go here do not use the kiosk, do not do a mobile ordereither. order at the register with a person. Do not expect them to bring the food to your table even if you select a tablenumber. They don?t care for the customer service. Read more

Order on the app, enter the curb side , no-one shows up for 15 minutes, go inside the shop with other people from the curb side.... The food is there, waiting and getting cold?. They had no intention to serve cars outside!!! This is very frustrating. Removethe curbside option if you?re not going to do it! In addition to the bad service and the cold Bigmac, they need to educatetheir team in the kitchen. This isn?t difficult! The sauce has to be between the layers no on the side of theburger! Worst McDonalds I've had in my entire life. Ordered Chicken nuggets and fries and both were cold and tasted like plastic. The... girls working took forever to take our order, give us the food. (I think they grabbed whatever was left at end of the night.Possibly out of the garbage.) We arrived at 11:30 PM. Hoping to grab late night snack. Never again. Location is garbage. Wish I could say this was the first time this was happening but I wouldn?t be writing this review if this were the case. This is... at least the 3rd time this place has forgotten a critical part of the order. I?m not talking about napkins or dipping sauce,straws, etc? how do you completely miss chicken nuggets?!! Incredibly disappointed and frustrated and hope this gets theview/attention of the appropriate people that?s needed. Very frustrating. Read more

Took forever to get through drive through. Far lane took consistently longer. Cars that pulled in after me made it through... inside lane faster. Waited 20 min for a coke and apple pie.. Read more

Very good place. Clean tidy the cleaning people do an extraordinary job. Cashier service is poor. Luckily there are machines... for self-service It has self-service for drinks, which is essential. I really liked this place, I will come back for sure Read more

Only a select few things should make my husband cry. McDonald's should NOT be one of them! We waited in the drive-thru line for... about 10 minutes before realizing the line wasn't moving. Since we had a mobile order, we just switched to a curbside pickupthinking it would be faster. Another 10 minutes go by and no one came out with any food, meanwhile the drive-thru line startedpushing cars through at record pace. We went inside to inquire about the status of our order. There was no one to be found whilecars were passing through the drive thru quickly. After another 10 agonizing minutes they finally acknowledged all of us in thelobby (4 orders including ours) and told us it would be right up. We waited for ANOTHER 10 minutes while they continuedfulfilling drive thru orders, and they came back to tell us that they were waiting on fresh fries which would be ready in 1minute. We thought "finally, some food!" The food came out and they also said they were waiting on the shake machine to "bootup." We waited ANOTHER 5 minutes before inquiring again and they said the machine was "at 53%." I'm not sure what this employeemeant and it confused us so we waited some more. 10 minutes later we were told the shake machine was down and we could get asoda instead. Almost an hour to complete our order, and we didn't even get everything we asked for! Not to mention they didn'trefund or even compensate us for the missing items, so we paid more to get less. All the while they probably completed over 100other orders that were entered before and after ours was, without any semblance of a First-in, First-out system. This wasWednesday night after 7pm which is not a peak time for dinner. Also there were no major events nearby which would increase theirload. All-in-all, this situation was not handled well at all, and I'm not even sure what it'll be like during rush hour or majorevents. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. It was not only the smallest piece of chicken but I thought it was a burger as it was so... dark. It was. Early cooked black and the buns were burned on the inside. The drink and fries were good and the bathroom as wellas the dining area were clean. Read more
