Line can get super long. Felt very uncomfortable seeing a homeless person peeing outside while in line. Also, it was even more... uncomfortable getting my food at the window and the homeless person being right there. I just feel he needs to be more by theexit. Read more
Got my order out the door pretty fast after being placed. Only downside were the customers. 90% of the people in the place... looked to be homeless taking advantage of the fact that it's open 24/7, employees don't bother kicking them out & that thisMcDonald's doesn't do much business (at least during the time I was there.) Me & others had to wait in line for what seemed like10 minutes because a seemingly homeless guy decided to pay in pennies & moved slow as molasses when doing so. 8/17/22 just when I thought it could get no worse. They put a McChicken patty on my paid for Crispy Chicken sandwich. No fuks... given at this location. No priority is given to the front counter customers. Management along with crew is always 100% of thetime talking about personal stories. The manager/crew respect level is low. They should automatically know their roles. Drivethru always slow. Its always overstaffed so I don't understand the disconnect. If you hate working at McDonald?s. Just quit. Stop taking your anger out on customers because you could only work at McDonald?s.... Your staff is rude and ghetto. You need to properly train them to handle customers better or fire them. There?s no reason whythey are constantly hostile. You get a check so do your job. Don?t like it find a new one that simple. I live near to this place, so I?ve been there many times over the years. The service is pretty fast and generally friendly. I?ve... never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my food. If you?re ordering takeout, I suggest checking the bag to see if your orderis right, because they do get it wrong sometimes. The food itself is pretty standard for McDonald?s. Never had a serious problemwith it, just some occasional stale tasting fries. Read more
2-27-2022 The Spicy Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich is terrible. They put all the sauce on only half the sandwich so when I... picked it up, all the lettuce, tomatoes and sauce fell out. It was a big sloppy mess. The deluxe doesn?t come with pickleseither. Big fail. The Hot and Spicy McChicken is better and cheaper. They need to hire people that actually want to work. Used the drive -thru and picked up my order and didn?t get ketchup, by the... time I turned around to ask for some, the girl had closed the window and turned her back to me and was on FaceTime with someoneand just walked away. The employee near her was also on her phone didn?t even notice we were there even tho she was like 3feetaway. We waited 30seconds and nobody was even near the drive thru window so we left.
