They're open 24 hrs so it's my fry spot after the club. Always friendly people working. 2 stars for atmosphere because another... patron threw a wet biscuit at me. ??????? Read more

Just tried this store again, very disappointing. This is a $3 Spicy Chicken sandwich? My child's McChicken is bigger, cost less... and has more than just 2 pickles on it. Read more

The guys on the drive-thru speaker were inaudible. Maria at the drive-thru pick up window was absolutely rude, provided zero... customer service and basically tossed my bag of food at me. Read more

At 1:30 AM, Sunday, October 2nd, I ordered online. Went through the drive thru with my code, drive thru guy confirms it after... mistakingly confirming a order that wasn't mine. I had to correct him. Went to the second window and my order suddenly no longerexists. The Hispanic lady who I assume was a manager told me that the only mobile order on their end was an order for Nate whichwasn't mine and that they have no order for my name. I show them the receipt on the McDonald's app which they didn't even BOTHERto look at and instead kept trying to sell me the only other mobile order on their system which again was not mine. This wenton for a while until I was asked to repeat my order. I did. After that she asks for payment. I give her my card. After gettingmy card back and looking at the receipt I see an order for a SPICY deluxe with the jalapeno sandwich that I never ordered. Iexclaimed that to them. And the Dr Pepper I ordered wasn't even on there. After I told her about the missing Dr Pepper and againsaying it's not my order, she had the audacity to say "See? You don't even know what you ordered." They had just made me pay forsomeone else's meal. The damn receipt said for Nate. I left with two payments on my card for McDonald's that night. Read more

We were at this McDonald's buying food inside and a man in front of us was paying for his food with cash and change (rather than... a credit card) and the manager tried to kick him out? The manager on duty also said they frequently refuse him service "becausehe always does this". I know it may not look "desirable" to have someone paying in change but that is still a customer, orderingfood with real money. He wasn't begging or panhandling or anything. Customers stepped in and purchased his meal but thenreceived very poor service from the manager and the entire staff after, weird vibe to eat your food with cashier's glaring atyou. I get it, the optics aren't what you want to have an individual paying with handfuls of cash/coins. But, you're aMcDonald's in a major metropolitan area--why do y'all care about optics. It doesn't hurt anyone to let this person buy theirmeal, or to let other customers buy the meal. Either way it's getting paid for. Read more

I come here at night on my way home from work. The same dark red car is always blocking the two curbside pickup spots. My... guess is an employee is intentionally blocking the spots to be lazy. Read more

The man that took my order was very rude cuz he couldn't understand proper English and didn't know how to pronounce some words I... guess in English. They need to pay attention who they hire. It's not my duty to understand Spanish is his duty to understandEnglish if I was in Mexico it would be my duty to understand Spanish but I'm not in Mexico I'm in America so if his duty tounderstand English first great thing got nothing to do with that I am Spanish but I do have a common decency to understand whoseduty is it to understand which language first Read more
