Fantastic location. Service from the kiosks is fast and the restaurant is very clean. Prices are fantastic and the restaurant is... well connected to the neighborhood and key bus routes. I've been there several times now-you really get to see the diversity ofthe community. Read more
Painfully incompetent staff, never gets the order right and simply refuses to follow any instructions. Management is... unbelievably rude. This is a franchised location, so the terrible service isn't corporate's fault. You don't have to be any goodat running a restaurant, you just need to be able to secure the initial loan, and the management here is a prime example ofthat. Read more

I would not recommend anyone to visit this McDonald's. This location does not fulfill orders correctly and has poor customer... service. My boyfriend is a pescatarian and requested no meat on his breakfast sandwich, yet the staff put pork sausage on it.Also, our sandwiches were burnt, making them impossible to eat. We did not notice until we were on the highway, headed toIndiana for the weekend, so we called to inform the manager, Maria. She was NOT sincere or apologetic. To our surprise, she onlyoffered to partially replace the meal by issuing two new sandwiches at another visit. If we paid for two breakfast combos (whichinclude a side and drink), Maria should have replaced both meals in full due to our bad experience on her team's behalf.Instead, we requested a refund, and Maria refused. Next, we filed a complaint with customer service, and they gave us gift cardsas an inconvenience compensation. As instructed, I visited the same location to redeem the gift cards, and Martina refused toaccept them because my boyfriend was not present with me. My boyfriend was waiting in the car as he is currently handi-cap froma severe injury. I kindly asked Maria to make an acception due to her mistake, and she would not budge. Martina should be heldaccountable for her poor managerial skills and should make drastic improvements immediately. I refuse to visit this location inthe future. Read more
One of the friendlier McDonald's, always clean and busy. Fries are always hot here, the only reason I go.
