Wow they can?t get there stuff together. No service at all. Horrible sandwiches by McDonald standards. They put bad quality food... up and let customers guess who?s food is what. The sandwich was mediocre at best. Seems like the manager doesn?t know how tomanage as they have staff doing tasks that do not need to be done at the time. They need to serve customers fast while someoneis walking around cleaning tables that are clean. Lazy under-managed staff. Read more
I placed an order on the mobile app at 11. I went through the drive through since the store was not allowing people to walk in... late at night. When I came up to the drive through the employees refused service since I was in a motorcycle and not a car. Eventhough I had already paid they refused to serve me. I have not received a refund so they have legitimately stolen my money. Theyare thrives here!! Read more

EASILY the worst McDonald's I have been to in 30 years. I have tried to go to this location, as I live right by it, a dozen... times now. I have always gone during hours that google, the website, and the door on the restaurant says they are open but haveonly received food there TWICE! And one of the times they gave me the complete wrong order, when i went to exchange it for thecorrect order they ignored me and the line of cars in the drive thru for over twenty minutes(!!!) before I drove away. They shutdown the inside about 2+ hours before they are supposed to, the drive thru always takes an absurdly long time, I mean it's acomplete shitshow. This location needs new management and to clean house. I've worked in food service my whole life and thisplace is an embarrassment, even for McDonald's. Read more
This McDonald's should get 5 stars for how consistently terrible it is. I've never had 1 positive experience. Orders are often... messed up, food is often cold, and service is a mess. Update: McDonald's went above and beyond in responding to me, so I wantedto update the stars based on their response. It sounds like there is new management and a new team at this McDonald's. Not the best. I had my grandson in stroller and decided to stop for take out happy meal. Very difficult to enter with stroller.... No handicap door openers. Requested plain cheese burger but ended up with everything on it. Read more

On Google it says it?s open 24 hours, however in the lobby there?s a sign that says lobby open till 4:30?!!! Why isn?t this... posted anywhere? We walked 10 minutes to this location to sit and enjoy our meal. This is ridiculous, the lady manager wasyelling at people to not sit in the lobby!
