Honestly, I?ve been living in this neighborhood for 10 years I?m 43 years old every morning I come to this establishment these... employees always have an attitude problem very unpolite these employees always give a nasty look to the customers notrespectable very lazy and a light skin young man with the colorful hair very unprofessional. In my opinion I will get rid of allthe females everybody and replace them with Mexicans or Palestinian. Or change the attitude problems, helping be more fishingand bring more black males if that?s the case hire more guys at this establishment because at this point these women are notdoing a good job. Slightly better than some of the other locations. Down side, it's always crowded. They do well with mobile orders tho. Food is... on point. Restrooms could be kept in better. Read more
Terrible experience! I have never felt so disrespected at any fast food restaurant! They got my order wrong three times and was... given incorrect change that morning; Causing me to be late for work. When complaining that my order was wrong, I was told byemployees that I didn?t know how to order. And the manager accused me of getting the right order when I got nothing! I willnever go to that McDonald?s again! Because of the hostile environment and unprofessionalism of that McDonald?s! I would notsuggest anyone go to that McDonald?s! I usually have a good experience at this location. However, this time they got my order wrong after I told them that they... charged me incorrectly (I had a coupon for a free Happy Meal with the order of a combo meal). I have used this deal multipletimes without issue, including at this location. They were out of all drinks except for water and fruit punch so I ordered fruitpunch, but didn't get it. Got home and realized there were no fries with my combo. I really started to go back. I stopped atMcDonald's for convenience, but this trip was anything but convenient! Read more
Ordered an Oreo McFlurry and received a water bottle???? fries and nuggets that I ordered was super cold. I live around the... corner so it wasn?t the delivery???????????.
