It took between 5 to 10 minutes to get my order from a medium traffic drive-thru, they provided everything I asked for. The... fries were a bit overcooked, rendering them crunchy. The jalapeño burger was tasty. As for the chicken sandwich, it was a biton the dry side even with extra pickles... I didn't finish it... ???? Read more
This is by far one of the worst McDonald?s I have ever been too in my Life!!!!! For years I have tired to give this place the... benefit of the doubt because of two young ladies who work there and the fact that working in the city that they are literally 3minutes from my work. Every time that I go there it could be either walk in or drive up, I?m getting horrible attitudes just forbeing a polite customer. and very slow customer service. By the time I leave, my break is pretty much over which is an hour.From being on that side of the register before, I know how customers are capital of but that should not give the workers theright to treat a paying customer as such. Just because this McDonald?s is in a urban neighborhood, the attitude should notmatch. I?ve made up my mind that I?ll rather trying across town to receive better customer service. Read more

I usually try to order from uber eats but it's always busy which I understand. It cheap and supposedly fast. I went with my... husband and kids on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't busy at all which is why I don't understand why the area was dirty. Alsothey gave my son a crusty old chicken patty. If I knew this, I would have gotten my money back but it was too late and we werealready close to home. I just know not to come nor order from this location again. The drive thru line was ridiculously long. The order taker seemed to be patient. We arrived at the window to pay and instead of... letting us know ahead that no receipts were printable, she didn't say anything and proceeded to close the window without evensaying thank you. We sat there until she opened the window again and that's when she told us we couldn't get a receipt. That'swhy we need these clerks to have great customer service, because even if that was the case that they were out of receipt ????paper her delivery would have made it a little bit better. They need customer service training and the management needs to keepup with their office supplies. A customer should never not have access to their receipt. Read more
