Never going back ! I ask for 2 happy meals with chocolate milk ,chicken nuggets and one small vanilla ice coffee when I got my... Attempted to place an uber eats order at this location, had 3 drivers not be able to pick up my order after they arrived at the... location (yes they were open). Why this McDonald?s refused to give my drivers my food is a complete mystery as it says it isopen 24/7. Why didn?t I receive any contact from them? Why didn?t they cancel my order? Overall a very frustrating experienceafter working 12 hours and to receive no contact from the store regarding my order is even more frustrating. Read more
Worst experience by far. They have one price up for the meals,yet charge totally different prices. Management is very... rude,reached out to corporate and they sent it to the franchisee who offered a ?sincere apology? .won?t be coming back hereagain and will also be putting in complaints with the city. Ordered a large macchiato, the kid brings me a large ice coffee then I told him it was wrong order. He said the f word out loud... not directed at me but as in the mistake. He walks back comes out a minute later with correct cup. I tasted as I pulled out thelot to realize he just poured the ice coffee in the cup and added caramel. This place needs a better managing, 30 min for a curbside??? Drive thru was less time to do an order. I stood in curbside for 30... or 40 min and decided to go to drive thru and ask for my food. I miss whoever was in charge before, this place was 5 min andout. Never was full ever. Now you have multiple people waiting in the lobby for more than 20 min for food on a small order.There was a lady who was waiting for her food for 1 hour. Drive thru packed , long wait time. Seems like there not ready for a dinner rush especially when the dining room is closed for... construction. So why is it that 20 minutes in line waiting on a small order . Classic case of upper management not caring abouttheir buisnees or the customers. Sad this location can't get it right . Friendly and quick. I went to order a milk shake; coincidentally the machine was being serviced ????. However, I did notice that... the menu changed prices according to the size of each combo. This was startling, as I thought the small shake was $3.59; butvery innovative. Read more
