Went here at 2am and my food was not hot. Gave it back to them and honestly, I think they heated the food up I gave to them &... handed it back to me???????? Did a drive through, and waited a long line. FINALLY Received my order and it was incorrect, I spoke to manager at window, and... She was not the most friendly or helpful at all. She did not even attempt to correct the error. I have visit this place ofterand gave them many chances, Service is not there at all "Total Failure" Management defenetly NOT the best! Read more
Place is severely understaffed with front counter staff often running around helping in the back. They?re often out of change... and the iPad machines are often glitchy HOWEVER staff is very kind if you?re respectful and kind as well. I?ve seen a lot ofvery rude customers be mean to staff and then act surprised when they aren?t given perfect service. Overall the food is good anda wait is to be expected because like I said earlier, they?re SEVERELY understaffed. Read more

Clean quiet food is good but ladies are loud
Fast and courteous service! GREAT NEWS!!! Hardly ever do they have a broken ice cream machine! So you can actually get that... famous Shamrock ?Shake! Super well maintained property. Only complaint... Please make sure cheese goes on sandwiches NOT on theboxes. As it is. The slice of cheese on the Filet O Fish is miniature sized. That would be the only negative thing I'd have tosay about this establishment. Always super clean! Ample parking lot! Read more
You ask for a coffee and they hardly ever put the amount of sugar you ask. Probably 2 times out of 10 they do it right. Its the... closest McDonald's, therefore I go there often and have complained but they are too busy to actually listen. Read more
