Went here at 2am and my food was not hot. Gave it back to them and honestly, I think they heated the food up I gave to them &... handed it back to me???????? Did a drive through, and waited a long line. FINALLY Received my order and it was incorrect, I spoke to manager at window, and... She was not the most friendly or helpful at all. She did not even attempt to correct the error. I have visit this place ofterand gave them many chances, Service is not there at all "Total Failure" Management defenetly NOT the best! Read more
Place is severely understaffed with front counter staff often running around helping in the back. They?re often out of change... and the iPad machines are often glitchy HOWEVER staff is very kind if you?re respectful and kind as well. I?ve seen a lot ofvery rude customers be mean to staff and then act surprised when they aren?t given perfect service.
