Says 24 hrs, but it isn't. Well...you never know sometimes they'll help you in the morning, sometimes they don't. They say... they're not taking g orders for the next 45 min. I understand 3 or maybe 4 am but 5 or 6 am??? Read more
Horrible service. It was supposed to be open until 11 pm to go and 24 hours for drive-in. We got there at 10:30 pm, someone took... my order and told me it would take around 15 minutes, despite of there were only 2 cars before me. However when I approached tothe pick up window, nobody was there, so I honked and the "manager" told me there was no one in the kitchen and that they werealready closed. I asked for 3 LARGE fries???? This is what I got. If you can see right bottom corner you can see the other 2 are the same. ... Like I get it they get timed for how long you?re waiting but seriously. Things are crazy expensive as is and I can?t even getwhat I asked for. @McDonalds your staff can do better then this. Should have checked before I left, true. I decided to take my children to this location and decided to dine in. As you can tell from the pictures, the interior was dirty... everywhere we tried to sit. Even in the children play area, it was dirty and nasty. When I asked the cashier about speaking toa manager, I was ignored to where I had to personally request someone to clean the dining room area. To add insult to injury,an unknown female black employee, began to yell from the back sarcastically saying I?m complaining but yet I?m still eatinghere. I I had to threaten to complain to corporate and the City of Chicago Health Department before the employee retracted hercomment. Never again will I patronize. Read more
Not usually the one to write a review for MCDs but the coffee at this location is not to be slept on. Not the usually watery... taste we?ve come to expect. This coffee tastes straight from Colombia?s coffee farms. Experienced farmers carried these beans intheir own hands to ensure we would be blessed with this fresh taste. Read more
Only reason why I give it two stars is because the food has always tasted and presented as it should be. Reason why I?m giving... them two stars is because their service is horrible. Ordered my food through the app hoping I will save myself some time since Iwas on my lunch. I waited ten minutes in the curbside parking space and nobody came out. Walked in and the registers and therestaurant was completely empty besides two customers seating. I asked for my order and a employee stated my food would be rightout. They completely forgot about my order. I still waited 5 minutes to get my food. When I asked for ketchup the employee saidthey don?t have any. This location is always lacking customer service. I don?t understand why they demand to get paid morewhen they can?t get the basics right!!! Please work on customer service, people want to get their food and leave not deal withattitude. Read more
To the black girl working the front register, bless your freaking heart for making the effort to speak Spanish to our elders who... spoke only in Spanish. Told them the amount and change in Spanish while also repeating items in English/Spanish. Hope you getthe recognition you deserve. Read more
