Worst service I?ve ever received. I did not receive my entire order. After driving through 25 minutes of traffic, they refused... to offer me any complimentary items for my time wasted for their mistake. They knew they didn?t give me the sandwich and handedme the 25 minute old sandwich from my initial stop. Customer service is horrible. Read more

I have been going to this mcdonalds for 10yrs now and I have never been treated so rudely until today in the drive thu. The guy... who used to work at dunkin donuts on irving and pulaski is manning the drive thru at this mcdonalds. He?s always been rude tome, but today takes the cake. I will purposely go to a different mcdonalds just because he?s there. Read more

Drive thru is supposed to be open 24 hrs. I go in the middle of the night quite often usually don't have a problem. Tonight... though I went and a man greets me to take an order and some woman talks over him and says they are closed. No reason given.Sounds like she don't want to work. Read more

This location is at a busy crossroads of Irving Park, Elston and Central Park and Monticello. Because of that, it can be a bit... tricky getting in and out of the parking lot, and the space is somewhat constrained by the small triangle property. In terms ofamenities, this is a fairly standard McDonald's. It has the modern touchscreen lobby, and curbside pickup spots. Staffing as oflate seems quite limited, as waits at the drive-thru and curbside have been lengthy. That being said, the staff has beenfriendly, and I give them kudos for trying to keep up at such a busy location. My food has always been hot and fresh, so it'snot as though it has been sitting around, just taking time to get assembled and delivered. Read more

I order here often and the service is always good. What stood out today was on my way in a younger gentleman was assisting a... nice lady thru the door with a walker and also held the door for me, upon walking inside he immediately recognized that I had amobile order and got me my drink cup with no hesitation. It may seem small, but things like that are what make a storeexcellent, not just good. I hope management recognizes his hard work. Read more

I've always loved coming to this one but you guy's failed today. It clearly says on the the paper its a Bacon Quarter Im bummed... because I paid for it. Another thing I've noticed as well I beleive the 4:1 Patty wasn't fresh as it sat for a bit in one oftheir warmers. Always listen for the timer when you order any Quarter pounder, it takes about a minute and a half for the meatto cook time may vary on the location visited. 09-17-2020 I thought you weren't supposed to use burnt bread ???? I purchased 2different muffins. Out of the 2 My egg Mcmuffin had burnt bread I could literally taste the brunt part in every bite. I alsohope you guys are cooking the Canadian bacon properly as every bite I felt like throwing it back up. I didn't even want tofinish it anymore. I do want to thank the manager on drive through register she was nice enough to make sure my order (3 meals)was correct which it wasn't, person in training so I understand she has some practicing to continue. Would have gave 5 stars butI've never had a Mcmuffin and not finish it. Guess I'll save the rest incase I get sick. 4-22-2021 I love this place one of themost professional and full of kind people.
