I have been going to this mcdonalds for 10yrs now and I have never been treated so rudely until today in the drive thu. The guy... who used to work at dunkin donuts on irving and pulaski is manning the drive thru at this mcdonalds. He?s always been rude tome, but today takes the cake. Drive thru is supposed to be open 24 hrs. I go in the middle of the night quite often usually don't have a problem. Tonight... though I went and a man greets me to take an order and some woman talks over him and says they are closed. No reason given.Sounds like she don't want to work. Read more
This location is at a busy crossroads of Irving Park, Elston and Central Park and Monticello. Because of that, it can be a bit... tricky getting in and out of the parking lot, and the space is somewhat constrained by the small triangle property. In terms ofamenities, this is a fairly standard McDonald's. It has the modern touchscreen lobby, and curbside pickup spots. Staffing as oflate seems quite limited, as waits at the drive-thru and curbside have been lengthy. That being said, the staff has beenfriendly, and I give them kudos for trying to keep up at such a busy location. My food has always been hot and fresh, so it'snot as though it has been sitting around, just taking time to get assembled and delivered. Read more

Worst service I?ve ever received. I did not receive my entire order. After driving through 25 minutes of traffic, they refused... to offer me any complimentary items for my time wasted for their mistake. They knew they didn?t give me the sandwich and handedme the 25 minute old sandwich from my initial stop. Customer service is horrible. Read more
