Tastes like McDonalds. Don't like the kiosk ordering. It's confusing. Easy to make a mistake and have to start over.
Every time i go to this location they always have the music playing extremely loud and the cashiers get the orders wrong, and... corget items. Word of advise to management: Lower the volume on the restaurant music so your employees can listen better to whatcustomers are ordering! ???????? Read more
I bought large fries, and small size fries, they are almost the same weight. they cheat their customers. And why do I have to... request catsup, for my hamburger and french fries? Isn't that automatically given to us or deliberately put in our take-outbag? when you ask they still look angry. The only person has manners in this store are the manager, in the afternoon shift. therest of the staff are rude and disrespectful to the customers. this is a nice store please improve your service and mannerstowards to the customer. This location is clean. The people are very courteous. And unlike many of the other McDonald's around me this location has not... increased their price. I have found that many other locations that I go to have increased price and or stop serving hot lattesfor the summer. I will no longer frequent them. Normally I order from here on uber eats and it's fine hence the 3 stars. But I ordered two mcdoubles on uber eats. The driver... dropped off my order and the first thing I noticed was how heavy it was for two burgers. Opened it and it was two iced coffeesand one hot coffee. Two of them were spilled. No big deal, I called the restaurant to see if I could get my order. Idk why butthe second person I talked to was not understanding what I was saying at all. I'm sitting here 5 minutes later thinking that wecame to this solution: that I go to the place, pick up my food, and I drop off the coffees because ik someone's gonna call aboutnot getting their drink order. But then whoever I was speaking to suggested a refund, and I was like that'd be nice, but I justwant some food so I'll go out at 10 pm to get it, no need to refund then reorder it. When I asked her if she wanted me to bringthe drinks, she just kept going "I know, but" and the phone audio wasn't good so I couldn't understand what she was saying verywell, so I just kept telling her "it's fine, I'll go pick it up, but do you want these drinks back?" After going in circlesnumerous times, she goes silent for a bit then hangs up. By that time I wasn't even sure if she was even offering a refund, Iwasn't yelling, I had a solution I was fine with but she kept offering new ones and bouncing from "we can't help you" to "maybeyou can do this" to "maybe you did this" as if I had to provide the solution or I messed up the order when they straight up toldme my burgers were at the restaurant ready to be picked up. I'm not too pressed about it too much because I've messed up ordersbefore and handled it worse, plus I don't know if she understood what I was saying that well either. But I'm more just puttingthis because the problem solving of the employees was super unclear and the lady I talked to was clearly getting annoyed.
