It's a McDonald's - not much to say there. Staff is nice and courteous. Food tastes like McDonald's food. Looks like... McDonald's inside. I am docking it a star because it seems to have a higher error rate on orders than some. I have to check myorder before driving off. It has a double drive through lane arrangement so I'm guessing that makes handling orders harder? Read more
Rude staff. Always gets your order wrong by not putting something in the bag that u ordered, or giving you something cheaper... than what you paid for. Example: if you order double cheeseburgers, they'll purposely give you mc-doubles. Order a few differentMcGriddles, they'll replace at least one with a sausage McMuffin or something. They all talk amongst each other in Spanish andstart laughing which shows poor customer service skills. The last time I went there was the last straw. As we go into use thekiosk to order food around 7:00 p.m., they stop talking and look at us for about 10 seconds. As soon as we are content withordering our food they start saying something like the lobbies closed, while still talking amongst themselves, but not loudenough for us to hear clearly. So I looked over to them and asked my girl were they talking to us. Tell me why they didn't sayanything else until we finished our order. "The lobby's closed" at 7pm with ppl still eating in there. This is sad y'all I don'teven write long reviews but they had it coming. I'm going to the other McDonald's kuz who knows what they be doing to the foodif they act like that. I dont know how people are always so angry at mc Donalds its fast food joint, I personally never have an issue at this place... employees seem to do their job I get hot food and never have to wait long.... maybe it's the neighborhood? bunch of angryfatties that take their fast food a little too seriously idk. Closing time on door and Google state 11pm. Yet upon arriving after having made my order using the app, the doors were locked.... Two patrons were inside still, one chasing his meal with an open can of beer. After calling the store, I was told I could walkthrough the drive-thru to get my order which is absolutely absurd and dangerous as the drive-thru was packed with cars. Thisisnt even the 15th time Ive had subpar service at this location. Read more
McDonald's takes for ever to make fast food. Dont do the drive thru unless u want to spend 1hr in the car.
