I like this McDonald's location because it's convenient being so close to my house. It's always very clean and I've always been... served hot, fresh food. The only issue I have is that literally one out of every two or three times I come there, they messsomething up in my order. I've learned to check before leaving because a few times now I've gotten home and either am missingsomething or got something completely different than what was ordered. I always order basic items too, so it's frustrating whenthey mess it up. (The thing they mess up the most is when I ask for a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel they keep giving me one withsteak and onions. ????) I've never been rude about it, I always just let them know what I need so they can fix it but theyshould try to pay more attention to what people are ordering and what they put in the bag. Read more
Everytime I come here, every single table is filthy. It doesn't matter if I come in for breakfast or lunch.. they are always... dirty. They are more expensive than other McDonald's locations, so I'd expect to at least sit at a clean table. Read more
Honestly this mcdonalds lost it customer service and the food awful. I had terrible experience today. To top it off theu them... didn't provide receipt spoke to manager Ivonne told how food came no apology then she recipt in bag. I told no receipt was givengave attitude on phone. The food is great stays fresh love how I can enjoy some good breakfast, but besides this the service needs to be improved as not... sure why they have an order taker outside which slows down the line or maybe letting one car go on the speaker then she can takethe next car the line gets crazy because if you are entering through Cicero you will wait for that turn as she taking each car?sorder and the only ones that are going in are the cars that are coming from the side street. Improve your drive through as wegot to get to work and getting some coffee should not take soo long. Should not have that order taker outside. Read more
Had a good and fast experience. Ordered my drink in the drive thru and there was only one car in front of me. They took my order... and got it right. There is plenty of parking spaces. There is a playground for kids and the restaurant looks clean. On anothertime I came inside and the place looks nice and spacious. Modern and plenty of seats to choose from, either stool area ortables. You can order on large screens or wait in line. They have wifi and a sign on the wall says to use it up to 30minutes. I like how cool it looks. Read more
