Nearly every time we go thru this location an item is missing. It?s worth sitting in traffic a few minutes longer to go to the... one on Addison/Cicero. Employees, slow down. Ignore the pressure to go fast-fast-fast. Getting orders correct is #1. Especiallyhappy meals. After a long week I can?t deal with a missing fry tantrum. ???? I want to give a shout out to Fernando. He went above and beyond for me and was so pleasant and personable. I am happy to visit... this location that seems to always be on top of their game. I?ve been grabbing breakfast every other weekend from this Mcdonald?s during this summer. It am usually impressed by how fast... and organized the staff are during the breakfast rush. Except this morning. It was a very very slow service. They had a newemployee who was all over the place. No customer was able to place an order for 15 mins. We win some, we lose some. Read more

second time coming to the location dissatisfied with the service. I am in food industry myself ( a manager ) The man who worked... drive thru two days ago has terrible attitude. He knows who he is because he shows it. Does mcdonald?s have standards ? Forcustomer service ? For food ? My child got happy meal and they loved charging me and gave me one set of stale fries. Hire betterpeople or teach them the better meaning! This is ridiculous! Read more

Ordered two caramel frappes with extra drizzle through the app. Drove up to the intercom and waited 3 to 4 minutes without... anybody speaking. People on the other line was going through and was getting their order processed. I got fed up and drove up tothe first window to complete my order. When I went to the second window to pick up the frappes, the worker didn't even have myfrappes ready nor did they include my extra caramel drizzle. The worker also didn't give me straws until I asked for some. Thisis a poorly run McDonald's. Avoid at all cost and just drive down the street to the Irving and Central McDonald's. Read more

They need to have someone at the register when walk -in customers come. The drive through has priority but you can bring in more... business if you cover both. It's too stressful for the staff to be waiting on 2 people at once. They need to bring back the bigsalads and have more variety of healthy foods. The hamburger meat should be improved. They are getting too thin and it doesn'ttaste like hamburger. Read more

Whoever the dude was working the drive thru today at 5:30am is Terrible. First he gave us a small vanilla iced coffee that... looked terrible. We told him to remake it because it looked bad and was not a medium. He then gave us this and said it was avanilla iced coffee. Like seriously? We just drove off and threw it in the trash cause we only paid $1 for it with the code.Worst coffee ever received from this place. Read more
