This McDonald?s is close to my house always a good experience! But last night around 10 pm we went through drive thru and first... of they didn?t greet us at the intercom at all! Then we drove up to the window and they literally just stared at us withoutsaying a word, we told them we wanted to order and we ordered a medium fries and the fries were totally off!!!!! They tastedawful! they seemed mad that we were even there!!! It was a girl with dark hair, (younger looking) and an older woman withblondish hair! So unprofessional! So unfriendly!!!no customer service what so ever! If you don?t like working, why are you here?We pay for the food, we expect the food to be done correctly. Read more
If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. I stopped by the drive thru around 10:20 PM 08-16-22 and had the most... unprofessional experience coming from a fast food joint. After my initial order was incorrectly executed, I wrapped around tothe drive thru window a second time to explain what had happened. The initial attendant was accommodating but then you can hearher other team member grilling her in Spanish justifying they had gotten it right and if we had a receipt assuming I didn?tunderstand what she was saying. I engaged her after hearing her and dissected it all for her so she can truly use her brain tounderstand. Massive exchange of loud gossiping at the window. Even our small drinks were left 75% full after finally receivingthe correct order. Truly a disgusting disorganized bunch at this location, right down the street from us in the brickyard.Unfortunately will not be coming back to it again. Read more
I love McDonald's. Like I am lovin it, all the time. It should be a 5-star review every time. So I was disappointed that I had a... sub-par experience here. I ordered through the kiosk, waited a while for the items then got told I could get something I didn'torder or want. Then when I asked for a refund the person at the cashier was rude about it. It might have been an off day, maybeI reminded her of someone she doesn't like, whatever the reason, wanting a refund for an item they couldn't fulfill was notunreasonable and didn't warrant a coarse response. This location can never get an order right. I advise you to check your order before leaving. New staff is highly recommended.

After handing the order at drive thru, window slams in your face - no thank you, no hello. Woman taking drive up orders... extremely difficult to understand, and very unpleasant.
