GREAT PIZZA... however my last experience wasn't so great. I placed my order over the phone for pickup. Although the pizza... tasted great they got the toppings wrong. What I didn't like is when I called just to see if I was charged for the toppings(asked for extra cheese did not seem like extra cheese compared to other places) and I asked for half onion and onion was on thewhole pizza. So I know what I ordered. My kids don't eat onions so I know I said half onion. The rude lady who answered thephone tried to say I ordered it wrong which is total bull. If you make a mistake own up to it. Terrible customer service. Noteven an apology. Just instantly blamed it on me. Saying her "girls" repeat the order back. Yes they repeated it but thatdoesn't mean it couldn't have been typed in wrong or the cook couldn't make a mistake. She tried to say well this is your timeordering here so how would you know if that was extra cheese. I have ordered before just from a different phone number. So no itwasn't my first time. Just definitely didn't feel welcomed or valued as a customer. I do love the pizza but being the way I wastreated I probably won't be back. Treat your customers with respect. You made the mistake not me. Read more

Decent tasting food, but not worth the money. Also, there?s no kids meal?s for to go orders, only for those who dine in is what... they told me... they charge for parmesan packets too, even when you order an XL pizza! I must say, they?ve got the biggestItalian beef that I?ve ever seen. Read more

I've ordered from Martino's before, and I've never had an issue. Previous orders have been for a cheese pizza and breaded... mushrooms, the pizza has good sauce and the mushrooms were fresh and crisp, but I was very displeased with my order fromyesterday night. In this order that I placed for the whole family and I spent over $130 for individual meals instead of a pizzato share, and I can tell you that I had several issues with this order. First, my oldest daughter ordered fried shrimp withfries. They had given her 6 small shrimp and fries, the shrimp itself was okay in taste but only 6 small shrimp was unacceptableand the fries had no flavor at all. To pay $17 for that meal was ridiculous. My husband had Chicken pizzaiola, they took onechicken breast spilt and cooked it, the flavor was fine but nothing special, and again a very small portion for nearly $20. Myother daughter had a meatball sandwich, again the taste was just okay and the fries were completely bland with no flavor. Myyoungest daughter just had the chicken fingers appetizer, she liked the taste but again they should have given more for theprice. I myself has shrimp piccata, I honestly could Not believe the tiny portion that I received for again like $22. I onlyreceived a small bowl of pasta with like 5 tiny shrimp on top, I could have made that myself and saved the money. The taste wasokay but Not great. I also ordered a salad for everyone to share, surprisingly the salad was the cheapest thing I ordered andwhere I received the most food. The salad had many veggies, it was fresh and their garlic dressing was very good. The salad wasthe only thing I ordered that I was pleased with. Also, I ordered 2 cannoli's for dessert, these were decent but again couldhave had better taste especially when they're $12 for two. Honestly, I don't understand how they can charge you so much and youreceive so little food, and obviously the taste was Not what I would expect from this restaurant. The entire meal e Read more

First time trying this place. It was a last minute decision and glad we did. Definitely my kind of thin crust pizza. Delicious... sauce, even better buttery crust, delicious cheese and pepperoni. I thought the portion for the fried mushrooms was a littlesmall, but those were delicious as well. I cant wait to try sausage and onion on thin crust as well as other menu items. Don'twait to try it! Picked up the order and ate at home. Read more
