Great place to eat, grab a drink, and hang out. Friendly environment with classic, amazing Italian food. The owner Mario came... out and greeted me my second time at the bar, very nice gesture and one that goes a long way. Absolutely worth a visit ifyou’re in the area! Read more

Absolutely top notch! The baked ravioli and meatballs with that delicious red sauce, kudos to the chef! It was really busy on a... Friday night, but we still received fast, accurate and friendly service. I'm looking forward to returning! Read more

Such a cute restaurant!! Really has that local, authentic Italian restaurant feel. My friend also knew the owner through a... friend so we were greeted so kindly by him and given a little extra something on the house! I would definitely recommend thisrestaurant to anyone! Read more

Offers many choices for even picky eaters. The toasted raviolis were amazing, and since I'm from St. Louis, that is quite a... compliment. Family friendly. Nice to meet the owner. Outdoor seating available. Will definitely return for the pizza. Read more

Amazing! Food and service was delightful. We were greeted and seated immediately--a cozy table in the corner. Jeff, our... server, was prompt, warm, and charming. Piping hot bread served to us straight away. Jeff made excellent suggestions for ourfirst visit. My wife had Chicken Marsala and I had Mario's Chicken Milanese. Both were scrumptious. Perfectly seasoned andbalanced, and again served hot to our table. We both ordered the full order and were stuffed. We were well looked after byJeff. Mario himself came to welcome us and make sure we were enjoying everything. You won't regret coming here. We will berepeat customers. Read more

Was in Chicago for a couple nights and Mario's was right next to our hotel. We made reservations and were seated promptly at the... right time. It was a lively place with a great-looking menu and comfortable decor. We started with a small Caesar salad, addedanchovies and it was delicious, probably the best Caesar salad I've ever had. I had the veal piccotta, which was amazing. Thepasta was cooked very nicely, with just enough sauce to cover and not watered down. My wife had cheese ravioli with vodka sauceand it was quite tasty, as well. The only down side is that I didn't see many staff or customers wearing masks while notseated. Was a tad bit too many people for my comfort without those precautions. Aside from that, definitely recommended! Read more

I came in for dinner on Friday night. The atmosphere is lively and bustling, and the restaurant is currently at full capacity... with no masks required by patrons or staff. Restrooms are located across the hall in the building, the restrooms are actuallyvery large and clean. Pros: Mario himself came by our table to say hi and thought he was really attentive. They have manygluten-free pizza and pasta options. Cons: the gluten-free bread provided as an appetizer is actually just the gluten-freepizza crust, which I wish I had been informed of as I was going to order a gluten-free pizza but after having GF crust brushedwith olive oil, Parmesan, and basil, I wasn't hungry for another pizza! The patio outside looks really nice but was full when Igot there. This is definitely an interesting place to check out, but know that the service won't be fast but it's a goodneighborhood place to come to if you're not in a hurry. Read more

Very nice local restaurant, friendly folks and they served this neighborhood for more than 20 years. Their signature dishes are... decent and pizza is great, thin crust is my fav. Their drinks can be really good. Manager Drew is very experienced bartender aswell, just sit down at the bar and he will take good care of you. Read more
