Just stopped in for a quick drink. They have a wide selection of beers on tap that are interesting and not your normal... selection. They also have a ton of bottle and can choices for more beer, or cider if that?s more your style. They also havecoffee! The Map's my go-to Monday night tavern (and occasionally other evenings). Its offerings of draft beers are extensive and can be... a bit daunting. Monday bartenders extraordinaire Chris and Drew are great with recommendations and quick to offer a sample ifthat's what seals the deal. In the mood for a cocktail--no problem. Heck, even the coffee is terrific! Owners Mark and Lauraare wonderful people and committed to their patrons and to the neighborhood. The Map Room's a friendly place, conducive toconversation and not dominated by televisions. A special nod to the staff for being Covid-compliant--it ain't easy. Come on inand make a new friend! We miss the map room and finally had our first visit in over a year. They are taking Covid precautions seriously while still... serving all your favorite beers. We were there around 11am and many people stopped in just for a latte! Support your favoriteneighborhood bar. :) Read more
Only spent a short time here, but I liked the place immediately. Great selection of beer, lots of tasty things to try. It was... getting busy when we left early, little cramped sitting at their tables. But the tables and walls were lined with maps asadvertised, and I love maps. Bonus: the coolest looking fans I've seen. Read more
