First time I went to this location and I had a great experience. I went with my husband and sister. It’s almost closing time... but Tracy are so nice and sweet. She made our night. Probably the best Italian I have ever tasted. Had the braschetta to start and tomato was so succulent, I had the rigatoni and my... wife had the lasagne both were fantastic, I was so full up but I did not want to leave a drop on my plate. Nice cozy place in downtown if you are looking for something classy and Italian! Authentic food, great ambience and good music.... You do feel like you've just stepped into Italy. Truly FIVE Stars! And four of those stars belong to Tracy, or better known as “Jack” as in “Jack of All Trades”!! The... food is phenomenal but if it wasn’t for Tracy our dinner/evening would not have been nearly as enjoyable!! She literally washandling 30+ customers on her own and everyone was attended to in a timely, friendly manner, it was impressive to watch! AGAIN,the food was amazing, but the service was exceptional! The appetizer was amazing. My spouse ordered shrimp pasta it was so good. The waiter recommended the chicken parmigiana and... that's what I ordered. Mine was ok the chicken was over cooked and so hard. I never send my food back. We had mixed drinks thatwere made delicious as ordered.
