The worst service I've ever experienced and I still spent close to $60 for 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Not only was nobody present... when we walked in, (you could hear the employees in the back and see one at the grill) but when the employee at the grill saw meshe couldn't even be bothered to address me and ask me to wait a minute, instead she told her co-worker I was there but went onto their conversation and laughing. When the server finally came out, there was no hello nor a smile, just a flat "what do youwant". Much worse, after my kids finished their burgers I wanted to buy they ice cream. Mind you, there's no schedule posted toindicate they were closing. Rather than explaining that fact, ALL the employees in the back went on to mock, laugh, and evenused belligerent language at me for wanting to make a last minute purchase- all within ear shot of my young children. Mychildren were not only disappointed but wondering what we did for them to behave they way they did. I'm honestly so disappointedat the level of disrespect and LACK of customer service from this establishment, not only because it's located somewhere asprestigious as the Water Tower Place but for being part of the chain Lettuce Entertainment. I've enjoyed going to multiplerestaurants of theirs, this has been by far the WORST experience I've had at ANY restaurant. Read more
Absolute horrible service, no greeting, 2 black girls working with an attitude as if they bloody own the place. Ask anything and... they don?t even respond, felt like slapping on her ugly face!, the other girl was on her phone while people werestanding. They?ve hired a bunch of illiterate & ill mannered. Amazing joint..juicy burgers.. nice cool seating.. But I stopped at 4 Star because of the price point - the burger, fries and... drink all need to be purchased separately..No meals available! So it gets pricey!! Read more
I wanted a double bacon burger in a lettuce wrap! I got my burger and then saw I had no bacon, I had paid for extra, they gave... me bacon in a cup. I paid extra for no reason honestly. 1 pickle and the lettuce was just slapped on top! These burgers aren'teven subpar! Tasteless and the bacon is sweet, which I didn't like at all. Especially not for 17 dollars! They're more expensivethan 5 gives but don't even come close to how good they are. Don't waste your money. Then the staff is texting on the phone andnot paying attention. Buy food else where. I hope they go out of business and put a different restaurant! Read more
Burgers were good, the place was busy, and the food was ready fairly quick. Had two single cheese burgers, chicken tenders,... fries, and lemonades. Not so happy that a three percent surcharge was added to our bill. The bottom of the receipt states, "thisfees may be removed upon request." The location did NOT have signs posted and we did not receive notice beforehand. They alsodid not accept cash; we paid with credit card. Read more
I honestly wish I could give no stars with giving a review, my service today was worse than I ever experienced at this location.... I ordered ahead and was very specific about how I wanted my tenders which is shown on the receipt (there in the picture) Ididn?t have the time to go in and speak to a manager because I was on my break but when I got upstairs to eat my lunch not onlywere my tenders not done the way that I asked but they were a bit raw in the middle and my ranch barely even had a drop in it. Horribly run restaurant. In the 15 minutes I spent there: They let me order something that was out of stock, and they didn't... catch the mistake until I waited for 10 minutes and asked for order status. They spilled frozen food all over the ground andseemed to put it back in the same bag for future use. Horrible attitude, lack of apology. If this was my franchise, I'd get outof this location asap.
