I?m a truck driver delivering at a company down the street. I called and these guys made me an Italian Beef with marinara sauce... smothered in mozzarella cheese and baked in the pizza oven. Yes, I know that?s not how they are originally made lol I also got asmall pepperoni and extra cheese pizza. Both items were delicious!! And delivered hot and fresh!! The delivery guy was great!! Very rude. I waited almost two hours for a pizza to be delivered to me when I stay not even a 5min drive away. I called 3 times... and the owner continued to tell me the driver was a few minutes away. He then told me I need to get off the phone because thedriver won?t be able to get the pizza. After I called 30mins later the worker decided to argue with me then hung up. I calledagain then the owner told me it?s not his fault and the pizza is fresh so I will not receive a discount. He then told me hedoesn?t need my money and will not deliver to me ever again. If it wasn?t so late at night I would have took the walk but nowI?ll just never order from them again. Read more

This place is really the worst. That's a shame because the food is good. The problem is the workers are incompetent. That... usually means the management are totally incompetent. This is the 3rd and final time I will ever order food from here and that'sa shame because there's a real lack of quality restaurants in the Austin area. A few weeks ago I ordered a pizza deal that comeswith a free 2liter of Pepsi. After waiting almost 2 hours the pizza shows up without the Pepsi. I called to complain and wastold they could drop off my Pepsi or give me $5 off my next order. I took the $5. When I ordered the 2nd time I was told itwould be about an hour. Just a beef and sausage combo. After 1 hour and 55 minutes I called and cancelled my order sacrificingmy $5 rebate apparently. The 3rd and final time was today. I ordered online at 12:37. At 2:37 I still didn't have any food so Icalled only to find out that they just started the order because the boss just turned in the order. Not sure if he was high orslow or what. So I told them that they need to give me a discount because this is just sad. I was told if be getting 35% off myorder. So I was like okay fine I'll wait another 2 hours for my order. When this food finally arrived GUESS WHAT? THEY SCREWEDUP MY ORDER AGAIN! The rib tip and wing dinner clearly says it comes with creamy coke slaw and bread but mine were missing. Ijust can't.... I order a pizza from here weekly ?chicken, spinach & onion? and lately it?s been really BOMB! Not too sure of the guys name... ?brown skinned dude? but he?s really good at making pizza. Phone customer service is always excellent...The woman is alwayspleasant and kind. Pick up is usually a breeze...they give me a call if my pizza is ready before hand. They?re the best in thewest! I went in person. I came in to tell them I want A SLICE of sausage and cheese PIZZA and I was outside in the car. She said no... problem hun you can come in when you're ready. THEIR SLICES ARE already cut up and ready. NOW that's what you call good customerservice.THANKU2 LUIGIS. Read more
