We stopped by on an early Saturday evening and the place was packed. Finding a table proved difficult for a while and when we... did it was sticky. Great cocktails at big prices, made without much interaction. A big room with obligatory sports playing onthe TVs, alternative music over the speakers. The women's restroom was in the basement, be prepared for a hike. Read more

Love the name, bartender gave me a tequila drink, ?Born in Oaxaca? and it was one of the best drinks I?ve had in a while. Being... from out the country and learning Chicago, this is truly a great place to stop by and have a nice drink. Thanks for therecommendation. Read more

The atmosphere feels like a trendy bar that is trying to be a Logan square dive but they have solid drinks and allegedly serve... tamales from the tamale guy. I didn't witness this, but as someone who lived in the West/Humboldt area in the early 2000s andfrequently experienced the legendary tamale guy, I hope it's not a rouge. Read more

Average bar in a great location (right next to au cheval where everyone has to wait for their table, so they go to nearby bars... as they wait). Service was fine. Vibe is low key. Read more

I've been going here for years since my office is right up the street from here. Hadn't been in awhile so wanted to swing by,... but I kept asking myself "what happened here??" It was $80 for two drinks a piece which I think is crazy expensive and pleaselook at my photo attached... Old fashioned had the LARGEST ice cube I've ever seen with barely and old fashioned and had themost bitters ever. If you are charging me $18 for a drink the least you can do is give me more alcohol and not think I won'tnotice a massive ice cube. Call me crazy because we ordered drinks again to think maybe they messed up the first ones. NOPE!Same cube and awful drink. This used to be a great dive bar to go hangout after work for some beers and good whiskey, but nowit's trying to overcharge you since the west loop has become trendy. Def won't be coming back anymore... Drinks - 1/5 Price -1/5 Ambiance - 3/5 Read more
