I feel like I have such a streak of good luck when finding these places. I’ve passed up Lola’s so many times and always... wondered what the burgers tasted like. Today I tried a burger with diced onions and pickles with aioli sauce…my GAWD!!!! Mytaste buds were all over the place. The onion rings were huge and crunchy and I topped it off with the thickest, sweetest Oreoshake I’ve had in a long time. I’ll be visiting again for the lobster roll. ???? Read more
I recently catered in Lola’s Coney for a surprise for husband Detroit-born husband. Having been to Lola’s before, my husband... and I knew that their coney dogs were authentic Detroit coney! The team was so easy to work with and super sensitive to my needto text instead of call (due to the surprise factor) and helped walk me through how many coney dogs they recommended I order forthe size of the party. Leading up to and on the day of the party, they were in constant contact, confirming my order and thencommunicating arrival time. They were SO kind to wait a few extra minutes after the surprise was over for me to run out and grabthe food! (Surprise party timelines never go quite as planned). The big kicker was as the food was being handed off to me, theyshared that they had included some Better Made chips because they knew it was a birthday party and that the birthday boy wasfrom Detroit. When I got inside I realized they had provided me TWO boxes with so many different flavors of Better Made. Thefood was a hit and we turned many people into coney dog lovers as they’d never sampled the delicious Detroit treat before. Ihave to say the most rewarding part of the party was hearing all of the Detroit born family members rave about the authenticityof the coneys for this Detroit themed birthday. If you are from Detroit, or have ever eaten a coney dog in Detroit, you gottamake your way to Lola’s. Their food is amazing. If you’re ever hosting a party - highly recommend Lola’s. Their customerservice was excellent, super helpful as I shared my budget and guest list regarding what I would need, and everything came readyto go and was a big hit! Read more
My grandmother used to say "How could it be bad if all the ingredients are good?" I really love the Italian Beef here. Its... like the perfect size sandwich. Primo meat, excellent bread, fresh peppers, quality provolone, dipped just the right amount,and they put on some sweet grilled onions too. Other beefs might be good because their huge, or greasy - but this one is greatbecause you can really taste all the parts of it. Read more

BEST Coney Island Hot Dogs in the Midwest. Even better than Feltman's in my opinion. The Chili cheese fries were the BOMB. Next... time I am going to try things "Jesse's Way". Definitely going there again on future trips to Chi-town. Thank you to Lola's stafffor a great meal. Read more
Great burghers, the chicago hot-dog is amaizing, fries are also realy good and they have some homemade sos that’s taste like... heaven with fries or something else, if I remember correct the sos name is “layola” Great place! Friendly stuff and veryclean inside! Read more

I tried Lola’s for the first time yesterday, I ordered their Coney Dog and I wasn’t disappointed. It was exactly as... advertised, plenty of sauce, onions, etc. on a soft bun. Fast friendly service. I’ll be back to try another one of theirpopular sandwiches. Read more
