They have a terrific meat and poultry selection. I have ordered two organic turkeys from them and they?re terrific (and the... right size if you?re deep frying). Also - EAT HERE. I love this place so much, everything is always perfect and there really is so much emphasis on nailing every aspect of their... dishes. It?s in a bit of a remote, lowkey location but is truly worth visiting. Beginning with the quality of the ingredients tothe way they prepare everything so lovingly, there really is nowhere better. Fantastic local market with fresh goods locally produced and sourced. Butcher and larder is one of the very best butcher shops... anywhere. They carry the highest quality meats and will cut anything to your specifications. The cured meats are all made inhouse and delicious. Good local beer selection, friendly staff, large ice cream and gelato collection, free parking. Pricesare on the higher side, but that's the cost of quality. Nothing is outrageous, prices are in line with exceptional quality ofthe goods they sell. Bought a whole pig to smoke, quad thick pork chop, and 100 dry aged burgers amongst the many deliciousthings.
