Delicious food and kind, attentive staff! Stopped in on a Monday afternoon and we got a cubano and bistek. Both sandwiches were... perfect. Also grabbed two empanadas?beef and ham/cheese?both were excellent. Would 100% come back. Read more

Happy to see Lazos didnt close. The tacos are a little pricey but are LOADED and Delicious. Rn they even have Taco Tuesday so... they all around are the best taco joint in the area. Read more
Used to be a great place but as of recently went into turmoil. The menu has been severely downsized and the quality of meat is... poor. Plus, they?re using red onions in a burrito?really? Very sad what new ownership has done to one of my favorite go toneighborhood places. Read more
Kind, bilingual workers. Super fast and cheap bite. Nice cafe vibe with ethnic food. Highly recommend. Large Horchata only $4... and $2 homemade chips! Will definitely be a regular spot. Read more
Decided to try some Latino cafeteria food and it was pretty good! I got a medianoche, which is a Cuban but with sweet bread and... a few empanadas. The meal was slightly dry, but it came with a mystery sauce that was pretty good and balanced things out. Read more
Been looking for a place in Chicago that makes a really good Cuban and Media Noche sandwich, and I finally found one. Some of... the best I've ever had. Many places call their sandwich a Cuban, but they don't have the real bread that makes the difference, here they have it all. Drove from an hour away to try it, and will be doing that drive again. I highly recommend to anyone whowants a real delicious Cuban, this is the spot to try. In fact, everything else I've tried so far on the menu is just asdelicious. Read more
