Order extra most and it looks like there was less pepperoni than regular one
i waited a hour for my food and the sause that came with it i ordered it was little in there
If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. There is absolutely no customer service or anyone to take accountability for any... mishaps. I order Little Caesar's online for pick up on numerous occasions. This was my first time picking up from this Eatery.I pass by this place everyday heading home from work and there is always a number of cars parked on Grand when they are notsupposed to. From 4pm-6pm there is supposed to be no one parked on this road. They do it anyway holding up traffic during rushhour. It is honestly one of the worst stretches of the road on my way home. Aside from that annoyance, when I arrived to thislocation, I was early I got there around 10:05pm. My email confirmation from Little Caesar's said it would be ready by10:15-10:20pm. I waited until close to 10:30 to check in and see what the wait was about. Upon walking in, I noticed severalbright orange pieces of paper with hand written notes stating that "due to technical difficulties" all Little Caesar's orderswould not be fulfilled and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Another woman had walked in and asked an attendant what wewere supposed to do for a refund and the attendant said we would have to contact Little Caesar's. They unfortunately do not havea direct line for customers to request refunds and they do not offer any links in the confirmations emails either. When Iresigned to realizing I will not be getting the pizza I ordered I had to find somewhere else to get food from and by that timeit was much too late to order pizza from another establishment. When I had arrived home at 10:49pm I received an email statingthat my pizza was ready for pick up, which did not make sense to me as I was just told that they would not be fulfilling myorder. I am not sure what is going on, but I felt like I was scammed out of my food or at least told the wrong information.There is no one for me to get in contact with about this issue. I don't get what takes so long to make a pizza from Little Caesars I'm not waiting here 25 minutes and still nothing
Ordered 3 pizzas and they all we're burnt. They didn't answer the phone so much can make a complaint.
This Little Caesars has never gotten our order right. When it does, the pizza is either raw or inedibly burnt. Getting a refund... is an absolute joke, too, with both Little Caesars and Doordash support hanging up on me. Read more
