Absolutely horrible experience on Saturday night (8-27-22) My husband placed an online order at 7:05pm said it will be ready for... pickup by 7:27pm...My husband entered at 7:30pm went to the portal and it wasn't in the portal machine so he asked the cashierand she said a few more mins. At 8pm I went in wondering why my husband is taking so long he said the cashier keeps telling himit's a few more mins we'll I asked and she gave me huge attitude acting like I was the problem...our pizza should have beenready by 7:27 it is now 8pm I asked for manager Victor he didn't seem to care and told me a few more mins by this point I wasgetting angry at 8:15 Victor handed me two pizzas so I left to the car but checked it one pizza was completely wrong so I cameback in and the cashier rolled her eyes went to the manager and loudly said SHES here again! Manager came out angry at ME andasked what's wrong I said the pizza is completely wrong he grabbed it went back to ame back with the right pizza it is now8:30pm we placed our order at 7:05 we waited over an hour for cheap pizza this is uncalled for Victor the manager needs to befired as does that cashier Tiara I think her name is horrible service never going back Read more
Rude staff, pizza is always under or overcooked, and management does zero to address the vagrants that hassle customers for... money at the entrance. Also, the parking lot is in need of repairs and frequently damages vehicles entering and exiting.Seriously, go to a different location. Read more
I hate that you have to roll the dices with this location. The only thing they are pretty consistent with is their wings. ... Bread sticks never look like the picture lol. Pizza is hit or miss. But they are better than other locations. Read more
It?s pointless to order via app to get your order on time. It has failed 3x so far at this location. There was a young black... lady at the register with long pony tail braids, she was doing the best of her ability. But there were number outs ladies in theback talking and talking and cutting pizzas and packing wings. I stood there for 10 minutes, at no point did any of them come tothe front, place orders in the pick up hot box, or even in the hot boxes for walk ins. I had to complain after 10 minutesbecause it was 30 minutes total after my order was placed, I only ordered a pepperoni pizza. Here?s the kicker, as I reached toget my pizzas, there were 7 wing orders packed and ready sitting on the table in the back! Also several pizzas stacked in theback too!!! If you are hungry for some pizza, you can't go wrong with Little Caesars. Classic Pepperoni is good. Their Supreme pizza is... good. Really all their pizza is good. Most of the time they have the classic pizzas hot and ready and you don't have to waitthat long if you want the other pizzas. I grew up eating this pizza and never had a problem with it because I'm not a pickyeater. However, if you don't like it, I can understand because it does have flaws especially the bread. If you try to save itfor the next day, the pizza is likely to have a stale cardboard taste. That said, pizza isn't likely to make it to the next dayif I'm eating it. I still enjoy this pizza from time to time and I still recommend it. It's not my favorite after having tastedmore pizzas, but you can't go wrong if you buy a Little Caesars pizza. Read more
