Manager clocked out at the busiest time, left these kids in the weeds, and I had to wait an hour for my order I placed ahead of... time online because they? lost it? Literally still waiting. Wish I had chosen literally anything else after working a 10 hourshift. This is a multi million dollar company and they are so understaffed. Jeez. Ok so they lost my pizza then dropped it so Iasked for literally anything and left with a $5 hot and ready from like 6 hours ago it?s so crusty. Read more
This is consistently one of the worst Little Caesars locations. Just like all the other reviews say, they for some reason can't... cut through a pizza completely. If you ask for one well done, they undercook it. I just got crazy bread with no cheese on it.They always mess something up. They really need new ownership/management. Read more
Ordered a pizza online and got the notification that it was ready but had to talk to the cashier to get it (instead of using the... normal machine to just pick it up and go). Got there and there was a disorganized line of people. Once I finally reached thefront they couldn't find my pizza so they had to make another one. I waited and eventually got the wrong pizza. Pizza is dry, slightly overcooked and not cut all of the way through. Sauce and pizza did not arrive warm which was NOT due to... lengthy delivery time(delivery arrived under 30min from time order was placed). Terrible service the restaurant was super busy with at least 8 people waiting for takeout. While most of the employees sat on... their phones in back. Waited 25 minutes for a 5 dollar pizza and some crazy bread only to come home with a soggy pizza and findwhat I?m pretty sure is mold on the crazy bread. Read more
Been going here for years. Tonight waited 27 minutes for 1 hot n ready pretzel crust pizza, that they put on regular crust.... Really disappointing. Read more
I order pizza for a party. I made the order at 3 pm to be delivered at 6:15 pm pizza did not arrive until after 7:30.pm More... than half my guest left cuz they had kids and could not wait any longer totally ruin my event???????? Read more
