I will never order from this location again?. 3rd try in 4 months on delivery and this location definitely reheats pizza from... the night before. I?ve ordered from this location for over 10 years now, always great customer service and my orders have mostly all been good.... I?ve recently been ordering from local dominoes just to try it out but have had truly horrible and rudest customer servicethere. Have never been treated that way when I?ve ordered from little Caesar?s in all these years. I have loved Little Caesars ever since I was a little boy and I'm so glad there are some locations in the city. Every once and a... while the pizza might have different toppings but usually there is no problem. Sad to see that the pizzas aren't $5 anymore aswell. No fault of their own though. Read more
Friday nighttime coming from pickup my wife work 6 hrs overtime and son from 11 hrs shift waiting for me in Little Caesar?s... Pizza Parking lot while I place an order as a walk-in Handicap at 8:25pm ( 1 cheese, 1 Hula Hawaiian, Italian Cheese Bread, 2lHist Twist and 2 Caesar Wings BBQ) but after checking 3 times at the register 53 minutes later I got tire of waiting so I askedthe manager and her answer was they never got my order at back ; she put back the money on my card even though I pay with DebitI get my money few days later. This place redefines slow. When you order something online and they give you an ETA and you drive there and show up at that... time, the expectation is your food is ready. Further when they send you an email while you're standing there waiting telling youyour food is ready, you sort of think it's probably really ready this time. Instead I was left waiting for roughly 40 minutesfrom when I got there. There was no value in order in advance because the time it took to make the pizza I was in the store.Overall the pizzas I received half were cold. Apparently they didn't cook half of them till I got there and there others justwaited. I wish I could say I was the only one in the scenario but the waiting area was literally full of people waiting and whenthey asked about their pizza they got vague responses like 3 minutes 10 minutes. I assure you most of them were there longerthan these times I would not recommend going to this little Caesars. Pizza is fine but service is lacking. Read more
