i placed an online at around 4, it said the order should’ve taken 10 minutes. now im standing here 40 minutes waiting on 2... pizzas because mine were given out. unorganized store left customers standing for 15 mins waiting to get their order STARTED.and now all the “manager” told me was “well i can’t find it”. so solve the issue? how this place has any more than a 1star rating is beyond me. My experience on Saturday October 15 at 6:30pm. I did an online order and the pizza was never ready I went to ask there were... alot of people arguing about the same thing ad me. I spent $25 dollars and until now no one has contacted me . I went on Sundayto ask and the store was closed . Please please if you don't have enough workers there stop accepting online orders. Placed a pick up order for crazy bread and pizza.upon arriving employee told me I had a 20 minute wait on my crazy bread, when I... expressed that I didn’t have the time he offered something else to replace the crazy bread. When I was given my order Inoticed my crazy bread and just wrote it off as maybe they miscounted what they had ready. My son had mentioned how the breadwas mushy and when I looked at it I noticed that it was raw. I contacted the store manager they next day and he refused to giveme a refund on the raw bread and refused to give me a district managers contact information, and didn’t not seem apologetic atall. My son could had gotten really sick because of this and I don’t think the manager understand how big of a deal this is. Read more
The workers are very lazy and as long as the pizza looks like a pizza they don't care if it's burnt, tasteless, or how badly... they cut it. In no other little Caesars have I had to wait as much as I have on this location, this location definitely needs awhole new set of employees cause these ones aren't it! Ordered thru their app had order delivered and the bread sticks and pizza dough were raw. Called location the Asst. Manager said... the dough wasn't working right but i was cooked . Asst. Manager said there is nothing he can do to call customer service...I didtry but when prompted to press 1 for English it doesn't work. I told him that and he was very rude he was like what do you wantme to do. I asked for the Manager and he hung up on me. Read more
Worst ever, made a online order and store close before my order is ready but order is processed. Call the next day to receive... the food ordered from day before they say the will make it for me to come pick it up. Stay away from this location especially ifyou do not like to be served raw pizza. I ordered ahead for pick up and my pizza was in the pizza portal, but my crazy bread was missing. Waited in line for 20+ minutes... before someone came to assist. Got my crazy bread and it was the most disgusting crazy bread I have ever gotten from here. Itwas dry, crusty, and absolutely inedible. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this location!! I had twice time problem with my order. As I made my order I mention them don't cut my pizza. After waiting for more then 20... minutes. Still my pizza was cut. And they says it was not mention on receipt. But I did clear them while I was taking out moneyto pay them total amount. And again wait for more than 20 minutes.
