Reviews for Lil' Ba-Ba-Reeba! in Chicago, IL
@lydieats ?? Lively place for tapas and sangrias by the pitcher! Something about this place feels perfect for Thursday nights..?... Not too overwhelmingly loud but also just enough fun to push through another day. Tried a whole bunch of stuff and everythingwas solid, pairing well with the sangria. Not pictured, but the white sangria literally tasted like juice ???? I rly liked thegoat cheese. The perfect balance of tart sharpness with the warm tomato sauce. Top of your garlic bread and you’re off to agood start. The standout was the cheesecake ofc ???? It was soooo creamy and I loved the citrus layers. I devoured this inseconds. Honestly would go back for this alone. Read more
Delicious spot where you can order multiple small plates and get the full experience. Authentic spanish style foods that fulfill... even the biggest appetites. We enjoyed 3 portions of the tapas, the iberico ham plate, the iberico ham croquettas and thegrilled octopus. We didnt regret a single bite. 10/10 would come back again. Must try! Read more
Eslam curated an amazing tasting menu. The menu has many great choices but his coursing gave one of the best dinners we've ever... had. Highly recommend asking for him and a tasting menu. You won't be disappointed. Read more
Stumbled onto this place by luck but omg it was soooo good. One of the best tapas place I have been to. The croquettes were out... of this world and the goat cheese dip with garlic bread were also amazing. The desserts were rich and I really liked thebutterscotch custard Read more
Please visit here! The food is great and our server was even more wonderful. We sat at the bar and had a red sangria and a gin... & tonic. The sangria was great and the G&T was wonderful. There was grapefruit in the sangria that added a subtle but niceflavor. For food, we hd the beef empanadas, garlic shrimp, and bread & tomato. Our waiter recommended drizzling the garlic oilfrom the shrimp onto the bread. It was incredible! Honestly, the whole experience and food was perfect. I will say the theme wetapas we ordered didn’t fill us for dinner, which was actually pretty hat we preferred since we had plans later on. Highlyrecommend this restaurant for Spanish drinks and tapas! Read more
We came here on a Saturday afternoon for the prix-fixe menu during the Chicago restaurant week. The wait staff asked if we... wanted to sit in the dining room or the heated patio. We chose to sit outside because of the nice weather and the garden decorin the patio. The food here are served as tapas (small plates) and are meant to be shared, so we ordered different dishes to trythem out. We got the white peach sangria, bacon egg & cheddar sandwich, ibérico ham croquetas, patatas bravas, warm potato andonion omelette, goat cheese baked in tomato sauce, and basque cheesecake + chocolate truffle cake for dessert. Everything tastedgreat and we were so full in the end. I really liked the desserts and couldn’t stop eating them! Read more

What a gem! The woods mushrooms dish was our favorite. The bacon wrapped dates was also delicious - savory & sweet at the same... time. Potatoes were also very good - crispy outside soft inside. Garlic shrimps were good but not amazing. Will definitely comeback and try others! Read more
