Poor customer experience, very disorganized, okay food but as you can see the veggie scramble is more like tomato sauce... scramble. Outdoor seating was closed. Take out fee(?) Read more

Nice little place to grab breakfast. We have been hunting for a good breakfast spot in our visits to Chicago, this is one that... will make the rotation. The service was lightning fast and the prices are reasonable. The scramble was pretty good. The benedicttasted great, but the eggs were very cold. Fortunately it tasted good enough to make up for it. The only negative to the visitwas a bit of a rude host who seated us. Other than that, we enjoyed our visit. Read more

This place makes an amazing breakfast!! Every single thing on my plate was made so well. Definitely recommend making a... reservation because this place gets busy fast. It was nice that we got to wait in the lobby on the 2nd floor and that we got togo to the rooftop as well afterwards to see the view! Read more

Had a friend who visited Chicago and I let her try their restaurant which is close to her hotel. They are packed and busy which... make sense coz it’s in Downtown. The host let us wait for 20 mins to get food and drink. We got three cocktails that tastenasty. They are all just taste water and can’t even taste the cocktail. And we got our food. The fries is too salty and looksold and Rueben is not good too. But some order came out good. 2 stars for the prompt service. They are very attentive and fastwhen it comes with their services. And I'm pretty sure the guy who serve us is the manager. Read more

Land & Lake Kitchen is a beautiful restaurant situated within the historic London House building. My experience here was top... notch from start to finish. I was warmly greeted by both hostess Alexa and server Sergio. I had a simple breakfast, potatoes, bacon and coffee but it was all prepared to my liking and delicious. The one thing that stood out was that the night before, Iintended to have dinner here, but had to leave on a emergency. Sergio who was my server, assured me that it was fine to leaveand promptly canceled my order without a issue. So when I came in again, he remembered me and still had excellent service. Allof the staff seems really great, hats off to them and their team. Before I left, I did get a opportunity to take a couple ofphotos in the evening as well at breakfast. Lovely atmosphere, great experience, delicious food and wonderful staff at Land &Lake Kitchen! Read more
