Even though I asked for a strange mixture in my smoothie, he helped me get exactly the taste I was looking for.

I see I'm not the only one with an issue with this place. 1st time I went. They acted as if I want even standing there. They... were having a conversation with the person on front of me. I ended up leaving empty handed. My Husband went and same issue yrslater. No hi or how may I help you. He left as well. They are rude and seem to only cater to the people who speak theirlanguage. We go to Fruityland on Kedzie. Same products but cheaper and way better service. Worth the ride. Read more

What's not to love? The ice cream is rich and creamy, there's a lot of great flavors to choose from, and with their other... drinks, sweets, and treats there's something for everyone. If there's a line, it is well worth the short wait, too, as the staffare efficient and very friendly. It's my favorite spot for a Sunday afternoon treat. Read more

The first time I walked into this establishment it was in full swing. Not being familiar with this place I was hoping to get up... front and view the menu to get an idea of the menu items and cost. I saw a few side by side monitors displaying a dizzyingarray of flavors? With no clear explanation of what they were used for? I glanced around for a "to go" menu or some handwritten pricing and saw nothing so I left. All I knew is that the next time I returned I would need to bring someone fluent inSpanish if I were to have any hope of navigating this menu.. if there is a menu? Many months have passed since my first attemptand my Latin companion and I made our way in. It was not crowded and the digital menu screens were off. (to my relief) a simplemenu is where? We were asked what we wanted as if we already knew. At this point with the sensory overload I couldn't saywhether I was a a dessert shop / Cafe / bread / soup / sandwich and ice cream shop combination or ? After a few moments it wasclear that ice cream and ice/ cream/pops were their specialty. , but there may be more? The ice cream was a 5 star selection asfar as I'm concerned. Way better than what you're used to seeing at an ice cream shop and mmm. After getting a paper menu..Yes!.. I was surprised. Or not? that it contained as much gibberish (as far as I was concerned) and not much more as far asboth of us could see. Just look at the attached picture of one side of the menu for yourself. ...to that end if theestablishment would like assistance in creating a sensible menu for everyone? We would be happy to provide. Just say sohere. ...on the menu I recognized two words.. "Banana split" It was awesome. But the menu will drive me elsewhere. Oh. Andthankfully we didn't come with kids in tow.. 1001 Nights. was playing on the big TV.. wuuuuuuuut? Read more
