First off I am a huge pizza fan and eat pizza like it won’t be here tomorrow. I have been a Chicago real estate broker for... over 16 years and I’ve lived in the city for over21 years and I’ve eaten at lot of pizza restaurants. La Crosta is one ofthe best wood fired pizzas I’ve had in the city. It’s located in Lincoln Park and only a walk 30 minute walk from Old Town just to get there. The service is also amazing and Dino who runs the place is always making sure everyone is having a good time.As a sidenote, they do half-price wine bottles on Wednesdays. I was just there last night. This place lives up to the hype I've seen on social media. The pizza is amazing, you can really taste the quality of the... ingredients on every bite. We had the Truffle Burrata and the Cala-Tella, both were amazing. We also had the canoli for dessertand it was so light and fresh. We'll be coming back to try more pizzas! Read more

Good little restaurant on Lincoln Ave.! Had a lovely pizza dinner with my friend. We divided a thin crust pizza. I had... artichokes, ham, etc., and he had a half with sausage. We both drank sparkling dry wine. Service was great. Owner Dino, mostgracious. We ordered one desert---and he gave us three on the house! Read more

First time coming La crosta, pizza ???? is amazing they made it so fast

We ordered baked goat cheese & crostini for an appeitizer and carciofi & portabella with white truffle oil and chili burrata &... proscuitto for pizzas. Food and service were good. We slightly liked the chili burrata pizza more as was more flavorful, and thewhite truffle oil on carciofi portabella pizza was not too overpowering. The carciofi was cooked just right but I was expectingportabella would be sliced but was cubed and felt very little were on it.
