I just stopped in for Cole slaw. I really like the manger at this location. As I waited in line, I observed her handling a wonky... order that a customer returned. She took responsibility for her team member's mistake and corrected the problem. This is herM.O. This store is hands down my favorite location. There is another five minutes from my home, but I'll take the 20 minutedrive to Western Avenue because of the quality and care she puts in to her product. Read more

I visited this location 2 times and both times I experienced great customer service, and workers who really tried to meet my... needs. I had a biscuit that was so light it looked barely cooked, and they kindly gave me the darkest one they had, which waswhat I requested. Assistant manager I can?t recall her name, but really nice. Rude person at drive up. I Stated as I retuned my food to him...at drive through that mole on my biscuit... meat old.
