This Store is never open to order inside, never have white meat , chicken is never fresh , when you go to the drive thru they... always tells you to wait at the red pole then waves for you to come and receive your food ,there drive thru needs brighterlighting to dark around that corner Read more
My orders have always been correct and the food prepared well. One of the more dependable KFC locations. Friendly staff.

Ordered a chicken sandwich combo and they failed to put my fries in the bag. You can't even call to complain due to their phone... number having a full mailbox....typical bs. I'll go to the location on 95th and stony from now on. Read more
This was my 1st visit to KFC in years. The service was slow and the food was a bit salty. However, you get the feeling the staff... are doing their best. The city is still under covid lockdown and in store orders are limited to drive-up service. Long lines, speakers that don't work and minimal staffing must make it difficult. Lots of cars drove away after long waits. 2 1/2 stars. Read more
I had a VERY good experience with this KFC 7-3-17. I placed a large phone in order at noon for a 5:30 p.m. pick up with the day... shift manager Antoinette. She was very professional and personable. She took my somewhat convoluted special order without anyissue. I arrived at 5:30 and my order was being put together as I was arriving, so my food was HOT! A gentleman named Johndouble checked my order. I wasn't there 10 minutes and I was out of the door. I spoke with Antoinette to thank her for the greatservice. Everything was as I ordered it, all of our food was hot with fresh made biscuits. I have been a customer of this KFCfor many years now, but this was my first order of this type. Not allowing dining in nor pick up here, only drive thru. They do not listen to your order and was not serving soft drinks, you... could get water and even the water was not with the order. Read more
