Absolutely terrible. You pull into the drive thru and you see a Tacky sign on the intercom menu "No Drinks!!!" How? But it... continues... Before you begin ordering they'll tell you what they have and don't have! Hey never mind the menu. This is what Ihave take or leave it basically. Horrible and I mean horrible customer service. Came in through the DRIVE-THRU and ordered the "FREE BEVERAGE BUCKET - 16PC MEAL". I payed for my order and didn't wait long.... They handed me my food and walked away. About 1 minute later, she realized that I was still there. You could clearly see thatshe got annoyed. She stated "What are you waiting for?", I stated, "Doesn't my order come with a drink?" She replied, "you haveto ask for that separately." Now, WHY in God's name would I need to ask for it seperately, when it clearly comes with the meal?The drive-thru nor their website does it state that I have to ask for the drink separately ESPECIALLY if I ordered the 16pc freebeverage meal... It's even written on my receipt!!! She asked what drink I wanted, I stated PEPSI. Then she placed two large(Taco Bell) cups, yelling "We don't have any more buckets" and walked away. I took my drinks, and started driving away just tofind out that she gave me DR. PEPPER... I will NEVER return to this location. I'll drive the extra blocks and go elsewhere. Read more
Terrible customer service. As much as I used to like this location. My order was $40.00. I gave them a $50. The manager came... and said she could not give me change for a $50.00. But I didn't want change for a $50. I wanted to pay for a $40.00 order. Shefinally relented and gave me a $10 bill. She seemed to be difficult for no reason. So disappointing to not receive qualityservice in our neighborhood. We must do better. They are way too snappy. ???? Read more
I order 3 famous chicken bowls from drive-through. I got home in 3 minutes and started to eat. Literally all of the bowls have... chicken that has been sitting up for hours! The chicken is so old I can't even taste the white meat. OMG it's so hard! I triedto call up to the store, no answer! I'm very disappointed!!! Read more
