This location is the WORST!!! They never have any chicken and this crazy because they don?t have any costumes. Their so slow and... some of the employees are so unprofessional. I went there once just to buy 2 large Coleslaw?s, and when I got home I noticed allI received was 2 large bowls of shredded cabbage no slaw mix no where! Horrible just HORRIBLE!!! Read more
I paid for a 4pc combo but all the meal was not eatable. The 4pc Chicken Combo actually turned out to be a 2pc Chicken Combo;... which mean I should have paid $6.00 but paid $12.39.....not worth my money. I really need a refund and don't have a problem withreturning the uneaten portions.....just say the word. Unless I get my money back I won't be eating at this KFC...... I've hadbetter. Read more

They seriously need to do an undercover boss experience here. Colonel Sanders did not die for his restaurants to be operated... like this. Terrible service, dirty store and the chicken? Well, idk about the chicken, why? BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OFCHICKEN.....yep, at the chicken restaurant. We were told there would be a 25 min wait....we actually waited, and when wereturned to the drive thru, 26 mins later, we were told they were out of chicken....so, apparently, they sold out of the newchicken in 1 min....which is remarkable because there were no other customers, in store or in the drive thru...the owner needsto take pride in their establishment and hire people who want to work. Although original recipe is my favorite fried chicken, this super small breast and tiny wing combo was not worth the 8$ I paid... for it! The biscuit was dry like it had been from the first batch of the Day and they made the mashed potato container smallerto further disappoint in price. Horrible experience. The place is super dirty, tables, chairs, everything. Your shoes get stuck in the floor. The cashier was... rude. They give you old and cold food. Fortunately this wasn't my first time in KFC, if not, I wouldn't come back ever again.This place makes KFC looks bad. If I could put 0 star I would. Read more
Save your time and money. The drive thru and dine-in are always closed at this location, even though the sign says open til... 10pm. I've tried at 7pm, at 5pm, weekdays and weekends....closed. Right now @ 7pm the drive thru is closed, no one taking ordersand the person on intercom is intelligible forcing you to drive off, they're not coming to the window either. DO NOT use your credit card here. They will use your number to make purchases somewhere else. Someone tried making a $371... purchase to the Canal Street Target. They must know someone at Target to help with the scam. Thankfully, my card only had $10available. I did not use my card anywhere else this day. So, BEWARE! Read more
